Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026  ·  myocto.co

Octo ("we", "us", "our") is a personal productivity tool. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it simple because we're not in the business of selling your data — we're in the business of helping you get things done.

What we collect

What we do not collect

How we use your data

Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Task data and account information are protected by row-level security — only you can access your own data.

Inbox links

When you create an inbox share link and send it to someone, they can submit tasks to your inbox. The text they submit and their name are stored in your account. You can revoke any link at any time from your Inbox settings.

Your rights

Children

Octo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will note the date of the last update at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
